Our Agreement–No cost to families
Churches who offer the Cherubs Music Program agree with us that there should be no tuition or fee of any kind for enrollment or participation in Cherubs Music classes. We are convinced that churches that use the program can recoup the licensing cost many times over and year after year by attracting new members and better serving existing ones.

We make the initial investment
This Beta Release represents a substantial commitment of our time, effort, and capital into a group of local churches, over $1,000.00 in real start-up costs per church. We believe in the efficacy of this program, we’ve seen it work, and we believe in it’s potential benefit to the church. Your church’s risk is to invest the time and effort required to shepherd a new ministry. If it produces results for your church, after two months of conducting the program, here is our agreement:
Annual License Agreement Includes
- Teacher training classes (live instruction)
- Online teacher login access to:
- Two year curriculum
- Lesson Plans (56)
- Streaming audio files (more than 70)
- Class song lead sheets
- Up to eight (8) performance songs including:
- audio downloads
- Printed accompanying scores (one each for conductor/pianist/soloist)
- Printed scores for CHIMERS (8 color printed scores per song)
- Online access to transcription scores for CHERUBS
- Offer up to two (2) Cherubs Music classes per week*
Annual License Agreement total………………………………………………$600.00
(An installment agreement is available)
What the Annual License Agreement does not include
- Copies of performance songs for additional singers/choir members
*The licensing fee for each additional class over two per week is priced at $150.00 per year
We will give you your instruments and classroom materials
After the first year annual license fee is paid, your church can keep all of the materials.

One cloth silent floor keyboard
One set of desk bells (25 bells)

Classroom rhythm instruments (class size of 8)
- Hand drums

Card Printed items and Classroom Game Pieces
- 673 Card Printed Items—many in color
- Plus many craft and game pieces
Your church provides
- A secure classroom space
- Rugs (or a carpeted space)
- Three rectangular tables, approx. 6′ x 3′
- A small Bluetooth stereo system or Bluetooth speaker
- A portable dry erase board, approx. 3′ x 4′
- A Wi-Fi connection is recommended
A few donated items
There are also some simple classroom items that your teachers will need that aren’t economical for us to provide. Used items for playing classroom games like plastic eggs, kids plastic toy food items, a few tin boxes, and old cooking pots. In over a dozen years teaching Cherubs Music we’ve had no trouble asking parents and others in our congregations to donate simple used items like these.
