Before you begin

For this game it is best to divide the class into two groups of four kids in each group. Fill each pallet with game cards face up. Place each pallet a short distance away from the children.

To play

Give a hacky sack ball to the first player. The player tosses the ball underhand onto the pallet and identifies the item on the card on which the ball landed. To keep the game going smoothly it is often best to have the player identify the card for a teaching assistant while the next player takes a turn tossing the ball. Return each card to the pallet after each player identifies their card. Play continues as long as you like.
