What is Cherubs Music?
Cherubs Music is an early childhood music class curriculum designed to integrate into the patterns of fellowship and worship practice of Christian communities. The Cherubs Program follows a familiar pattern; children attend a weekly ensemble rehearsal and periodically play their songs for their congregation. Cherubs classes include multiple varied activities that involve children with movement and games to keep younger children engaged in the learning process. Cherubs Music is designed to address our needs as church leaders and music ministers.
Growing Churches
While we use music so our Christian family has a song, we also use it to attract people to the faith. The Cherubs Program has a multi-year track record of unqualified success as one tool to help a church retain visiting families.
Volunteer Teachers
A music professional is not needed to teach the Cherubs Music Program. Volunteers have been teaching Cherubs Music classes for years now with great success. Complete and detailed lesson plans are included, as are classroom resources and games. All the music used during classes is recorded, and teacher training and support are always available to help your church volunteer become a great Cherubs Music teacher.
Church Music Focus
Children are introduced to many of the tunes common to Christian worship, and songs for their presentations are derived from our traditional hymns and spirituals.
Enrichment plus Music Theory
Cherubs kids learn to read notes, count rhythms, sing accurately, and play rhythmically with good ensemble. Our parent reviews are included on this website–parents love the Cherubs Music Program.
